Olilz Giveaway Terms

Promotion: Twitch Following Giveaway

1. Eligibility

Anyone is able to enter the giveaway. Olilz Discord Membership Required

2. Promotion Period

This promotion runs from Friday, October 24th until Friday, November 14th.
We reserve the right to extend or change the end date of this giveaway at any time.

3. How to Enter

I. Participants must follow the Olilz Twitch Channel.
II. Participants must then post proof of following the channel inside the #follow-me channel.

One entry per person in this promotional period.

4. Prizes

This giveaway has one winner.
One lucky winner will be selected to win a Fortnite Item Shop gift, up to a maximum of 1,200 V-Bucks.
The winner may choose any item from the shop up to this value.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be randomly selected using a random number generator. Proof of this will be posted when the promotional period ends.

Winning members will be contacted via Discord Direct Message from Olilz (User ID: 747928399326216334) to claim their prize.
Users must claim their prize within 72 hours; otherwise, it will be forfeited and given to another member.

6. Prize Distribution

Prizes will be distributed within 72 hours of claiming.
If the prize becomes unavailable, winners may substitute it for an item of equal value.

7. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify entries if we believe a member is:

• Cheating or using bots to gain unfair entries
• Abusing a bug in the system
• Using scripts, follow-bots, or cheats
• Using alternate Discord accounts

8. Liability

By entering this giveaway, participants agree that Olilz is not liable if:

• The prize does not work as intended
• An error prevents the giveaway from working as intended
• The prize is recalled or removed due to third-party decisions (e.g., Epic Games removing a cosmetic)
• Technical failures occur

9. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

Participants may obtain one AMOE entry by emailing olilz@olilz.xyz with the following:

Subject: Twitch Giveaway AMOE

Email must contain:
• First Name
• Discord Name and User ID
• Country
• The text:
“I agree to the terms and conditions and acknowledge that this constitutes my one and only entry into this giveaway.”

Note: If a person has already entered via Discord, the AMOE entry will be rejected.
