Thank you for using Olilz Helper! We take your privacy seriously and are committed to providing a service you love. The Terms of Service outline the terms all users agree to by interacting with or using the bot.

Our Rights

By using Olilz Helper, or by adding the bot to your Discord server or account, you accept these Terms of Service.

• Olilz Helper has the right to update any policies at any time. Updates will be posted in the support server.
• Olilz Helper has the right to process messages sent in servers for bot functions and store these messages in logs (e.g., automod/logging).
• We reserve the right to block a user from our services if the Terms Of Service have been broken or policies are rejected.

You also agree to Botghost's Terms of Service, as our bot is currently hosted by them.

By inviting Olilz Helper to your Discord server or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service.

2. Services

Olilz Helper provides Discord server management and utility features such as moderation, automated messages, utility commands, and entertainment. These features are offered "as-is" and are subject to change at any time.

3. User Obligations

By using Olilz Helper, you agree to:

• I) Age Requirement: You are at least 13 years old.
• II) Legal Compliance: You comply with all laws related to your use of the bot.
• III) Appropriate Usage: No harassment, spamming, malicious behavior, or illegal content.

4. Data Collection

As per our Privacy Policy, Olilz Helper may collect data necessary to provide services, such as:

• Discord User/Channel/Server IDs
• Message contents

No personal data will be shared with third parties unless required by law.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any feature at any time. Most changes will be announced in the support server.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Olilz Helper online 24/7 but cannot guarantee this. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or external issues.

7. Liability

Olilz Helper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the bot.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access at any time for violation of the Terms. You may remove the bot at any time.

9. User-Generated Content

Any content generated by users must comply with Discord's guidelines and these Terms. We may remove inappropriate content.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and features are owned by Olilz. You may not copy or impersonate without permission.

11. Third Party Services

Olilz Helper may interact with third-party APIs or services. We are not responsible for their practices or content. See our acknowledgements page.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olilz Helper and its team from any claims or damages arising from misuse.
