Welcome to Olilz. By accessing or using olilz.xyz and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
• If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You must not have been previously banned from the Platform.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the information on your profile is accurate and not misleading

You may not impersonate another person, use another user's account, or create accounts for purposes of abuse or circumventing a ban.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Exploit bugs, bots, or automation to manipulate platform features
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on the Platform, you grant Olilz a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content as part of operating the Platform.

You are solely responsible for your content. We may remove any content that violates these Terms or our Moderation Policy, with or without notice.

6. Olilz Coins

Olilz Coins are a virtual in-platform currency. They hold no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable outside the Platform, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove coins at any time.

7. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All Olilz branding, design, logos, and original content are owned by Olilz and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g. Twitch, Discord, Fortnite). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform and any associated coins or rewards will be removed.

12. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". Olilz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any content posted on it.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olilz and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be announced via the Platform.
