1. Information We Collect

We collect data so our bot can function as efficiently as possible.

• User Data: Discord user IDs, server IDs, and channel IDs to provide bot functionality.
• Message Content: Only processed temporarily for commands (if needed); not stored permanently.
• Server Data: We collect server information to provide configuration settings and personalised features (see the dashboard for more info).
• Voice Channel Data: We collect how long you have been in voice calls. We do not collect audio or conversations. The bot joins muted/deafened by default.

We only collect data necessary for Olilz Helper to function. Data is stored via BotGhost. See their Privacy Policy and Security Policy for more details.

2. How We Use Your Data

1. To Provide a Service: Ensuring the bot functions, responds to commands, and functions properly.
2. Diagnostics & Analytics: To improve performance and features.
3. Support: If you contact support, data may be used to resolve issues.

3. Data Retention

In accordance with GDPR, data is stored only as long as required to provide this service.

4. Data Sharing

No personal data is shared with third parties except when required by law. Third-party platforms like BotGhost are used for hosting and processing but do not receive personal data. Logs of actions are stored securely and only accessible by Olilz Helper management.

5. Children

Olilz Helper is intended for users aged 13+. We do not knowingly store data from users under 13. If discovered, data will be deleted immediately. Contact us at olilz@olilz.xyz if you believe we hold data for a user under 13.
